What does ovulation pain feel like for you?

Over last couple days I have had twinges bottom right of my belly button yesterday and now it's nearing towards my hip bone, is this it?

What does ov pain feel like for you and when do you get it I.e just before ov or on day of?

I have had watery slightly stretchy CM today so wonder if it's correlated..

Couldn’t tell you when exactly, but it’s a sensation as if an elastic band was being ‘pinged’ internally, on one side or the other.

Hard to describe other than mild cramps, not enough to stop me from what I'm doing but I'm are there there

In exactly the location you describe. It’s very painful for me. Bad enough to need painkillers. Definitely got worse after each of my 3 cesarians and now really rotten as had a pelvic infection that’s caused scarring. I take more painkillers for this than for my periods.

I get a twinge in my lower right abdomen. It feels like something is popping or pinging in there. For me it seems to happen like clockwork around Day 14 of my cycle.

For me- Feels a little bit like a stitch right down by my hip on one side, can feel it for a couple of hours

Also a bit like trapped wind but only in a tiny spot again low down by one hip

small area of trapped wind an inch or 2 in from hip bone.

My lower belly feels really bloated and tender. Then suddenly there’s a pinging sensation and it’s like something’s been released and I’m all back to normal! Has definitely got more noticeable since having kids although I’m just more tuned into it.

Exactly the same as period pain for me.

I could never feel it.

Like a dull sore twinge/cramp 2" from hipbone. Sometimes feels swollen if I poke around. Can last about 8 hours and then it's gone.

Mine feels exactly like a stitch around hip bone on one side. It kind of sometimes also feels like a popping/pulling but best way to describe it is like a stitch. It also hurts reallyyyy bad if I put pressure on the painful area.
