Has anyone ever conceived with a high BMI? Mine is 35 and I'm hoping I can. Have had my first but had to lose weight to have him

Yes mine was about 36 pre pregnancy, it is possible but I would advise going on a low carb diet if you're ttc, I fell pregnant both times doing this x

Hi my bmi is around 37. I did conceive within 4 months of trying but unfortunately the pregnancy ended in miscarriage. Trying to lose a bit of weight before we convince again. The dr said my miscarriage was not caused because of my weight however, it would more likely be caused genetic.

I was obese when I had my first, my bmi was over 40! I've lost 7 stone since then and now pregnant again with a bmi of 30.
