@Annny27 your body went through so much, and unlike some of us, you had an infection as well as both the medical 'management' followed by surgery. That is a hell of a lot for your body to have gone through. The hormones, the stress, the body still thinking it was pregnant right up until that point, and all this was only (I know it seems ages!) But really just 4 months ago. Yes it's long enough now, and I definitely know that from all your posts, that your body is completely ready now to conceive. And you can, and did get pregnant. And not just for a few weeks like people who have recurring issues, you had something so devastating happen to you, but it was just horrible bad luck. Any other egg and sperm would have made it, I truly believe that. But the baby you had was non viable and it couldn't continue , just like mine and milescookie, and many other women here. But next time those chances are literally nearly zero that it will happen again, especially now after a proper healing time internally, especially for your uterus to carry this next pregnancy.
You have an incredibly high chance now of conceiving over the next couple of months. It feels so painful all this time I know, but I saw it as I was pregnant for three months so it took three months for my body to sort it's self out. Then two months later I got the positive.
Be really really kind to yourself and I think you are absolutely amazing for running this thread and supporting so many people here, I will never forget you and the words you have written on here, or what you went through. I remember when you were in the middle of it all! It was bloody horrendous. You are so strong and so brave and it is going to happen.
It just is going to take some more of that grit girl 💪💜♀️
