I have a few questions I’m trying to figure out that I would really value your input on:

  1. When did I ovulate last month? Is it at the first spike (around day 23) or second (around day 28)? There is data missing because I had a bad cold on those days so NC excluded these readings, but they were all between 36.40-36.60.
  1. NC says I’ve ovulated this month, does it look like I have? I’m not sure if the temp increase is enough.

Thank you to anyone who can help!

I would say say 28 last month. Day 23 is a sharp increase but still not higher than the previous temps.

I think you have ovulated this month. It might not be a massive increase but it is higher than the previous.

You’re looking for 3 temps higher than the previous 6 to confirm ovulation, from what I remember. Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a brilliant book which explains it really well.

Hope you get your BFP soon Flowers

*day 28!

28th
And yes (but as the other poster says, you need 3 rises above your cover line to confirm)
Good luck
