I heard if its too low it can affect your fertility.

Your day 21 bloods should be 30 for progesterone to support a pregnancy.

Yes it can affect your fertility - if it's low/none existent you aren't ovulating. If it's below 30 then you are ovulating but not enough to support a pregnancy and your period will come

@emmajxxx I did read that painful breasts post ovulation could be a sign of low progesterone. I'm 1-2 days post ovulation today and have stocked up on appropriate seeds. Fingers crossed!
