Period 2 weeks early

So I was due to ovulate today, woke up this morning and thought i was spotting... it’s gotten heavier over the day and is now heavy enough to warrant a pad. No obvious reasons why and usually as regular as anything.

Anyone got any ideas? Or has this happened to anyone else?

How long ago was your last period?? How are you sure you were meant to ovulate today? What cycle day are you on?

Last period was on the 16th so 13 days ago... cycle day 14 according to my 3 period trackers 😂 usually like clockwork, didn’t do an ovulation test this month but they’re usually bang on with my app predictions x

@Hoping4BFP94 have you changed name?? 😂 in that case, that is really odd and I honestly have no idea! I would say are you sure your last people was actually a period but you said you are like clockwork. Really really strange..

Deffo take another pregnancy test.. your last period might not have been a period. It's very pOssible to get negative tests even a few days after missed AF

Yes I did 😂 forgot about that! I know, I’m baffled... might get a test to be sure but I don’t want to get mine/my partners hopes up 😂

Sorry for the million replies! If it was positive wouldn’t the current bleeding signal an issue?

@Hoping4BFP94 maybe don't get your hopes up and just see the test as ruling it out if that makes sense? The bleeding might not be an issue at all, a lot of women bleed during pregnancy (mostly when AF is due) but if you are already pregnant then bleeding can also mean miscarriage. Take a test and then take it from there :) it is positive, take another test in a few days, if it's still positive then likely a healthy pregnancy :) good luck!
