Can’t work out my ovulation! Help

Hi, this is my first month ttc so I bought the one step ovulation tests. My cycles is usually 28/29 days so starting testing on day 11. The results line on the strip didn’t show until day 14 but wasn’t stronger than the test line. I’ve been testing everyday since and today (cd 22) is the first time the result line is darker than the test line! Does this mean I’m ovulating really late?

Sounds like it. It could just be a strange month, we all get them every now and then. You will need a few months to work out your normal.

Also how many times a day are you testing? You should test 2-3 times a day especially when you start getting 2 lines. I've missed my peak a few times but with testing a few times a day this is less likely to happen.
