Abdominal pain after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in early January of 2020. I went in for a 10 week and 5 day ultrasound to check on the baby only to find that it had passed at 10 weeks. I had a D&C done 3 days later. I was so upset as it was my husband and I’s first pregnancy. With all of that said, I started having some light abdominal pain (not period cramps) the day I my baby turned 10 weeks in the womb and day my baby passed which was on a Thursday. It was nothing severe or so I never thought anything of it. I’m assuming it had something to do with the passing of my baby. I am not 12 weeks post miscarriage and D&C and I’m still having light abdominal pain on the right side. Some days it’s stronger than others and some days I never feel it at all. A couple weeks ago I went to an OB and had a pelvic exam and an vaginal ultrasound done to check my ovaries and uterus. Everything came back good! I’ve had two periods since everything and I’m currently on day 34 waiting for my 3rd period to show up. It’s a little late than usual so I’m getting a little worried with that.

Anyone have a similar situation? I’m feel completely fine! I’ve not been sick once nor does this pain keep me from doing anything normal.
