Have I definitely Ovulated?!

I've had months of positive OPKs followed 48hours'ish by a temp spike lasting 12-15days until my period.

However still not pregnant. Can I take those two signs (LH surge followed by sustained temp spike) as a fact im ovulating or could there be a chance I'm not?

From what I've read, elevated temperature + positive OPKs means you've almost certainly ovulated. OPKs on their own could be wrong, but a sustained temperature rise (3+ days) does indicate ovulation.
