Fleshy lump fell out of my vagina??!

Hi everyone. I posted this in the parenting group my accident first, so sorry.

So tonight I was laying on the sofa after a shower, had a little scratch down below and felt something inside my vagina. I thought it may have been a bit of tissue paper from having a wee but I pulled it out and it was a lump of pinky white flesh. It was about the size of a walnut? It smelt pretty bad. When squeezed some blood came out. It teared apart quite easily. I’ve bagged it up to hopefully show my doctor. That’s if I can get an appointment with the corona virus going on.

Little background story, I had a miscarriage and needed a d&c in January to remove retained products. Been bleeding pretty much the whole time since. Stopped for a bit but Recently had my first period which started 5 days ago, today I stopped bleeding and now this has happened.

Any ideas?

Is it possible it was a tampon? Or maybe a retained surgical swab from D&C?

Google decidual cast. Normal, not in any way sinister.

Decidual cast did come up when I googled. One photo looked similar but all the others were a different shape. I’m not too worried but it’s just another thing to add to an already difficult 7 months

Whatever it was but body has expelled it now. Better out than in I guess! Thanks everyone

Spoke to my GP, she thinks it’s more retained products. Would explain why my bleeding is all over the shop. She said maybe it’ll settle down now.
