Hey 👋🏼

Just some advise please on people who've charted, this is my second month of using this app. Just wondered should my BBT be rising more than this? Or is it ok to be rising but not hugely!?

Thanks!

Looks perfectly normal. You should see a temp spike tomorrow to show ovulation. Your temp will only go up AFTER ovulation. Not on the same day :)

Thank you @Beau20 😁

@YellowFlower22 yours looks a lot like mine! Although I had a slow temp rise and now it's dropping 8DPO onwards. I have a luteal phase defect though.

@Beau20 oh yeah it does! Sorry for my ignorance what is a luteal phase defect?

@YellowFlower22 basically means my luteal phase (the 2 weeks after ovulation) is really short. Mine is only ever about 10/11 days and I have a progesterone deficiency, my temps always slowly drop from 7DPO rather than staying high and suddenly dropping day before AF
