Missed period, negative test

This is my first time trying to conceive so I don’t know what to expect or what’s normal. I was on microgynon for 6 years or so and stopped taking it in December. My first cycle lasted about 40 days or so, which I expected to be abnormal and I didn’t ovulate. I think my usual cycles are around 30 days.
My next cycle I took ovulation tests that were positive and have completely missed that period.
I’m on about day 57 now and have been taking continuous tests but all have been coming back as negative. I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve never missed a period before so this isn’t normal to me and any advice would be appreciated 😊

Maybe go to the doctors and ask for a blood test ?

I was going to try call them on Monday but it’s extremely difficult to get an appointment where I live

I was on microgynon for about 11 years and my cycles were so long and irregular, anywhere between 30 and 70 days! You could contact your GP but I think they tend to say wait 6 months to allow them to hopefully regulate.
But if it's any reassurance, I conceived despite my horrible cycles - never knew when I ovulated and was feeling totally fed up but it was a lovely and well awaited surprise when it happened Smile

So it is normal to miss a period after coming off microgynon. I did think it was probably because of that. I’m trying not to get my hopes up at every little sign but it’s hard to be patient 😂
