DEPRESSION PILL PROZAC AND MALE FERTILITY

My Husband just started Prozac to help with depression. We are also trying to start a family. I have heard that depression pills affect male fertility like the sperm mobility and concentration. Just wondering if any of you had success getting pregnant and staying pregnant while he was on the depression pill.

Hi I had the same worry. My husband has been on citalopram for 2 years. We are TTC and he has had a sperm anaylsis done. His sperm is way above what is considered normal. So although not pregnant yet his is fine. He takes conceive plus for men plus extra vitamic c as they contain all vitamins that the NHS recommend xx

My DH was on citalopram and it nuked his sperm - I had him tested whilst on it. We then had to seek treatment via IVF but he came off the pills without telling me and 6 months later we conceived naturally and tests showed his sperm was back to "normal"
