Pcos advice

Hi guys
10 months into TTC #1. This is the first cycle where I've tracked BBT and used OPKs and it doesn't look like I've ovulate. This, combined with the fact that my periods have been irregular since I came off the pill 14 months ago (cycles range from 27 to 66 days) and I have adult acne makes me suspect I have PCOS. Does anybody have any advice to increase my chances of ovulating? I'm trying to lose weight (BMI is 26) and I've heard a low Gi diet is good for PCOS. I've reduced caffeine and alcohol, and started to take folic acid, vit d & iron supplements. Trying to boost my omegas in my diet too. Any podcast or book recommendations would also be great. I don't want to bother my GP yet at the moment as we're being asked to only use the NHS if we really need it.
(ps sorry for the essay!)
