Hi everyone,
To cut a long story short I came off the pill last October. I took a withdrawal bleed in January but haven't taken a proper period since coming off the pill.

Doctor said everything is fine and nothing to worry about I can still ovulate I just won't know when. Doc also advised to stop tracking all the time and just let it happen.

The last week or two I have been feeling so different. Sorry for tmi
-off work with flu
-extreme nausea every night
-hot flushes
-boobs are massive and sometimes itchy :/
-noticed spotting last Thursday night, then noticed it again 5mins ago.
-very light cramping.

  • brain fog

I know it sounds like pms symptoms but I just feel so different my partner has noticed too as I'm so emotional or very angry.

I took a test this morning and it was bfn. Maybe it's to early or maybe I'm not.

Trying to keep it a surprise it's a nightmare not having anyone to talk to. Advice please xxx

Hi, I think there will be others on here who know more than me but I would hold out a couple more days and test again. Fingers crossed for you!

@Rmusic12 hey 👋🏼 i am in the exact same position as you! I stopped my pill in october, had a withdrawal bleed December and nothing since! My GP done bloods, she is queering PCOS but i don't have many physical symptoms...
i have had very light spotting last week aswell over a couple days! No clots or anything.. and i have very light cramping, tender boobs, increased sex drive etc!
Mystery 🙄
Id definitely wait a couple days a test again! Did you use a FRER?

Hi,

This is my first message and i just thought someone may be able to reassure me or maybe put my mind at ease a bit just knowing im not the only one feeling this way.
Me and my bf have been trying now for around 6 months and i have a late period and get excited i take a test and than negative. My AF is now almost always late which makes me worry. The last time i have my AF was in January but im just so scared to take a test in case its another negative result Blush.

@BrooksM TTC is definitely an emotional rollercoaster.. i think you should take a test, you need to know either way! Then if it's negative (fingers crossed its not) you could maybe a GP appointment?

@Diamond94 thank you so much for your advice. I finally decided to take one (well I took 2) and I am around 7 weeks pregnant and beyond excited about it.
