So confused as i see two lines but not sure if its dark enough to be positive for an ovulation test? What do use think?

If that's an ovulation test then it is negative. There may always be a line there or a hint if one on an ovulation test. It has to be as dark as or darker than the control line to be positive.

Absolutely negative. A positive as others have said is only when the test line is the same or darker (ideally darker) than control. Keep testing even after you get a positive until it goes completely negative to just make sure you caught the surge
