Fertile week - advice

So gutted our holidays been cancelled and we should be in the sun today! And was looking forward to our first month trying whilst on holiday, thought it would take away some pressure and just enjoy the holiday.

But hey ho - first month we’ve agreed TTC. I know I’m due ovulation throughout this week, it’s my fertile week. I used clearblue ovulation yesterday and got a circle, today I got a flashing smiley.

So with a flashing smiley what should we do now? Dtd every other day? Every day (probably not realistic for us!)? I’ll keep testing with the ovulation sticks as well, and try and see when we get a solid smiley...!

Any advice as it’s all new would be great.

dtd every other day until you get a peak solid smiley then do the day of the peak and day after

I would also test twice a day - in morning and about 12 hours later in the evening to narrow down the exact LH surge

If you get a peak solid smiley in the morning then ovulation will likely be the next day

If you get a solid smiley in the evening ovulation will not be the next day but the day after that
