I'm new to testing for ovulation. Can someone explain how this test looks please.

No, it's negative. You need the test line to be at least as strong as the control line.

If you're new to testing its a good idea to start testing from cycle day 8 and test regularly (3 times a day) until you establish what day you tend to get the surge.

It can pass very quickly which is why frequent testing is a good idea.

Hello I'm also new to ovulation testing. Can I join for help? My doctor reckons I'm not ovulating so I'm testing every day at the moment. Are there better brands than clear blue? That brand is so expensive

@Sitchervice OPKs won't show you've ovulated but you get the hormone surge before you ovulate. For some they get the surge but don't ovulate and have many surges a month. The only way you'll tell is combining it with temping. If you get a temperature rise, you will have ovulated
