Ovulate before/during/after ovulation pains

In your experience have you found that you ovulate before or after ovulation pain?

When I was tracking ovulation via BBT, I found I had ovulation pains on the day of ovulation personally

I think it can very. I used to think I only used to get it day of ovulation. Then recently I've been a good week of the same paint before during and after. This cycle I only had pains the day before ovulation

My two pregnancies occurs after dtd the night after having ovulation pains. I am not sure how long eggs last before going off but I reckon the pains were immediately preceding ovulation.

I can't work it out. I got high opks Monday. Faded yesterday. Nothing today. But I've now got slight spotting and had pains. So I would have expected to ovulate yesterday but maybe it's now? 🤔

@paintfairy I can't work it out either, ov tests are just confusing me even more tbh. Yea with spotting maybe it's more today that you'll ovulate

Well I always assume it comes on the day. But I have no idea. My temp is 36.67 today though (finally got a semi decent reading) so I think it's happened. When I don't know!

@paintfairy I actually had a dip yesterday in bbt and then it shot up today which to me would mean I ovulated yesterday but maybe it was just a coincidence. I'll check tomorrow and see if it stays up and if it does I must of ovulated. But then I can't of according to ov test. It's all so confusing isn't it 😂 what was your temp yesterday?

I've not been sleeping properly so I'm struggling. I got 36.44 at 3.50am and 36.66 at 6.35am. The day before I did wake at 4am but didn't take it. At 6.30am it was 36.56.

Usually it's about 36.31 pre ovulation so it is higher than normal but trying to get proper readings makes it hard! My positive opks started Monday though so it should have happened by now. Just dunno when.
Last month I got pains only 12 hours after peak. And some pink spotting 4 days later. But going on my cycle I couldn't have ovulated as late as when the spotting came.
