Hey has anyone been taking inofolic? This was recommended to me by my doctor, I’ve got pcos and have been trying for a baby for a number of years now I’m getting a bit older now and would love to have another. I started taking inofolic 5-6 days ago and I’ve been feeling really good other that the slight cramping I’ve been getting, I went to the toilet and and I got blood on my tissues is this normal with inofolic? Does anyone have any success story recently?

I've been taking myoinositol mixed with folic acid to help with PCOS for years now - seems that inofolic is pretty much the same thing. After three months or so it settled my cycle into a regular rhythm and made it possible to lose a few pounds (still really hard though)! I conceived #1 after three months TTC, having just come off the pill. Now on month one TTC #2 :)
Not sure about the bleeding and cramping - that never happened for me. Maybe the inofolic has something in it that my plainer supplement didn't?

My fertility specialist recommended inofolic after being diagnosed with PCOS and TTC for 17 months with 0 periods. After 3 months on it and a keto diet I got my bmi down to 25 lost 2 stone had my first natural period and got pregnant straight after - currently 13 + 5 Smile highly recommend it along with a specified diet - good luck!xx
