Does anyone know if l can use Vitex while being on Hrt? I m 37 and diagnoised with premature ovarian failure. I was put on sequential hrt, the type that gives you an artificial period. I would really like to take vitex to help me ovulate but not sure if it would be dangerous ( too much hormones maybe) If anyone can share their thoughts on this pleaseee.
