test results back today - am terrified

about what they'll find, and if they find nothing why do I kep m/c'ing? why am i so ratty and tired/moody all the time?

had full blood count, thyroid, kidneys, liver, hormones. am v worried now.

surely if it was bad news the dr would have rang me before now? (although only had them done on monday)

all is fine apaprently so there's no physical reason why I keep having m/c's.
