When is my best time to test??

If my last af was the 6th of feb and my cycle is 30d when would be the best time to test? I took a hpt on the 4th March and got a bfn 😔 I'm worried to test again, I dont want to see another bfn

My last period started 10th feb and im on day 28, so if yours started on the 6th feb you'd be day 32 now? I track mine with a Flo app and that tells me when im due and what cycle day im on if that helps.
