Hi ladies, my cycles are usually 27/28 days like clockwork. Back in September I did have a 30 day cycle. I'm currently day 29 however I used my last clear blue early detection test on Thursday (cd 27) & it was negative. I've been feeling quite nauseous, my breasts & nipples were very sore for the last week or more but this has now subsided. I really don't want to get my hopes up & do another test as I was really upset when I got the negative on Thursday! When would you test again? Given that I have had a 30 day cycle in the past am I even considered late yet?

I'm not sure but in the same situation. Last 3 cycles have been 28 days, I'm now on cd29. No pregnancy symptoms. No CM and very cranky today so it's probably a longer cycle and AF due for me. I can't help feeling a tiny bit hopeful though.

Ah fingers crossed, for you. Are you going to test or just wait it out? I just looked up my flo app & my last 4 cycles have been 27 days and I got a positive opk on cd 13 so I assumed this would be a normal cycle. This whole thing ttc thing really messes with my head at times, some months I'm completely chilled out about it & then there's months like this where I can't stop thinking about it!!

It doesn't really help that last week I realised I'm a year older then I thought 😂. I told someone I was 32, then about 2 or 3 hours later I did the math & realised I'm actually 33!!! I lost a whole year of my life in a blink 😂😂

I caved and tested yday (cd29) but it was a bfp.

You're right, it's so annoying when you thought you had a regular cycle so ovulation was fairly reliable and now even that is put into doubt.

With my DD though, I'd just come off the pill so was waiting for first AF, didn't test until I was actually 8 weeks pregnant. Obviously it was a strong bfp. I'm not going to test again til next weekend, although I'm expecting AF to rear her head before then cos my moods gave been awful today.
