Could this be implantation?

So on CD10 (Monday 12.15am) I noticed there was dark red blood (maybe brownish) inside when checking my cervix and there was some brown cm that day too. There was very small amounts on my pads and sometimes when I wipe. This lasted for around a day/day and a half.
This is unusual for me as I always have heavy periods and this wasn't even like a period. Also I have never had blood straight away it's always brown cm first for around a day and a half.
It was a light brown by Wednesday (CD12) then the cm started getting whiter and wetter.
Today (Thursday CD14) it is a light brown colour again, just small amount of it on my pads. Do you think it could that have been from implantation? . I tested at 9am today and it was negative.

CD10 seems v early for implantation, more likely to be ovulation spotting perhaps? I've never experienced ovulation spotting but I think some others have. How long are your cycles?

Sorry posted too soon, I've never experienced heavy implantation spotting as you described, it's just a single instance, on wiping only.

I meant DPO, opps. It was unusual for me to have blood so early before my period. But I ended up getting my period today though :'(
