1 MC then 2 chemicals

Morning

I’m at a total loss as to what is going on right now, anybody got any experience with this? I have one DD age 3, end of last year had a MC fairly early. The 2 cycles after I have had chemicals, positive tests and then AF arrives within a few days. Yesterday I got a positive on a frer at what I think was 14dpo it wasn’t a squinter but I wouldn’t say it was strong then AF arrived literally 3 hours later Angry

Appreciate any responses!

I've just had a MMc and before that had 3 CPs I've got 3 DC already and have been referred to the recurrent miscarriage clinic. It is so frustrating and heartbreaking. Hugs. Hopefully you will catch soon.

Thank you @Whyhaveidonethis that is interesting you have been referred I thought it was after 3 MC so did they count the chemicals as a MC?

They do count the CPs as recurrent miscarriage. Well my gynaecologist did. I made sure that each one was logged at my GP surgery though

@Upsydaisyy really sorry to hear of your losses. Is it definitely AF? How has the bleeding been since? Maybe if it’s quite light it may just be some early pregnancy bleeding? It’s all so stressful after losses you just never relax! 😩

I hope you don’t mind me asking, how were you tracking ovulation?
I had a chemical early February, was keen to get straight back to TTC but wasn’t sure where to consider my cycle at, whether to class the bleeding from my chemical as day 1? Or just continue as if the pregnancy never happened?
Either way we have been BDing pretty much every other day since so hopefully will have caught my fertile window at some point. Haven’t used OPKs as i know I will become completely obsessive over it all and don’t want it to become a stressful thing.

I just really don’t know when to test or even expect AF. Driving myself mad symptom spotting! X

That’s good to know @Whyhaveidonethis I will go to the gp and get it logged!

@mabelbunny4 sorry to hear of your struggles it’s so frustrating there just seems to be waiting at every stage of the month. I try to use opks but to be honest I just base it on how I feel as I usually get stabby pains. I think dtd every other should be absolutely fine I think that’s what they recommend when taking opks anyway, I counted the chemical as day 1 it feels exactly like a period so that’s my thinking behind it

After the last chemical I told myself I wouldn’t test early, I lasted all of 3 days haha

@upsydaisyy I thought as much. I think I was clinging on to the hope that my cycle would have continued as pre-chemical so that i could test earlier! 🙈 but I still have a 10 day wait and I’m determined to wait it out so I don’t disappoint myself with an early negative!

Let’s see if I last longer than you! Haha

Whyhaveidonethis · 05/03/2020 18:49

I always counted day 1 as the day I started bleeding. My cycles slipped straight back to normal each time.

Upsydaisyy · 05/03/2020 19:35

@whyhaveidonethis fingers crossed for some good news for you soon Flowers

@MabelBunny4 I hope it goes fast for you! Although it’s disheartening testing early, getting momentarily excited for it all to go down the pan I think it’s good in one respect as you then know it’s happened and can log it with the GP.

Let me know how you get on!

My DD I conceived 1st month with no problem at all apart from some bleeding on and of until 15 weeks. I used seven seas trying for a baby vits with her so I’m going to give them a go again
