Hello,
I am looking for advice on how Femometer calculates my days post ovulation.
From the chart, i can see the first higher temperature (compared to previous six) on CD22 which was 20Feb. That's where the flower is. That day is marked as ovulation - dpo0.
Based on reading the book Taking charge of your fertility, I somehow thought that when the temperature goes up, that's marked as day 1 in the luteal phase, hence dpo1. Am i misunderstanding something?
