Getting pregnant after implanon removal

Hi there, I got the implanon taken out 2 weeks and 4 days ago. My partner and I have been having unprotected sex before the bar came out and after. I didn’t have regular periods at all while having the bar in for three years. The last two days I’ve had a sharp pain and also cramps in my lower abdomen I also went to the toilet and some mucus like stufff came out with a few strands of blood in it not sure if this is my period coming, implantation or ovulation. I’ve been feeling nausea and a couple of headaches. Don’t know if I’m pregnant or not. I’ve been doing ovulation tests and they all come back negative. I did one pregnancy test but it’s probably too early to do so but that also came back negative.

I have used Implanon for nearly 20 years. Everytime I have decided to try for a baby and have it removed I have been pregnant within 6 months. 3 times. 4 children total. I have found it to be very effective when needed and cleared my system quickly once I have stopped.
