EWCM - how important is it to see???? Oh, and how can you get when on the pill?????

I'm on CD14 and on CD9 had a little EWCM but not much (not that I ever noticed that much before anyway). I've been using Persona this month for the first time and yesterday's urine test resulted in the stick getting 2 lines which apparently is showing the rush of hormones near ovulation??? If so, I expected the monitor to ask for a test today and thought it would say I was ovulating (had twinges but then did around CD9 too ). Monitor didn't ask for a test...that's on another thread.

What I'm asking is.....if I got the extra blue line on the test yesterday then I could be ovulating I think? BUT....no EWCM. Very wet down there (TMI) but it's more white and thickish lotion like and deffo not EWCM. Had twinges over last couple of days too.

Very confused, anyone able to help?

Also, how come I used to get EWCM when I was on the pill????

I've never used persona so I can't help with blue lines. But with EWCM I would take 'wet' as definate sign that ovulation was imminent. I assume you have heard of "Taking Charge of your' - there is a website with FAQ's which might be useful www.ovusoft.com/library/faqfertility.asp#13
