I know the CB digital OPKs require fmu so they can assess your baseline hormones.
I took a test first thing and it showed a statistic smiley after a few days of flashing.
However, I'd been drinking and though I had a glass of water early on and before I did the test, I'm worried it was only positive because I might have been dehydrated.
I did a fresh one later that day (as you get a new test stick in every pack) which hadn't been used at all before. It came up static straightaway. Do I trust it to be picking up the peak as the morning one did?
TIA
