New to this and just started TTC - but what do all these other abbreviations mean!!???

Hi everyone, new here and been reading through all the chats but have no idea what half of them mean!! I've figured out TTC (trying to conceive) but that's as far as I've got.
Anyone else in the same boat??!!

You'll get the hang of them fairy quickly, this should help. www.mumsnet.com/info/acronyms

It's a minefield isn't it! some common ones you'll see on the conception board:
DH/W/P - dear husband/wife/partner
OH - other half
DS/DD - dear son/daughter
OPK -ovulation predictor kit
BFN/P - big fat negative/positive
AF - aunt flow
FMU - first morning urine
FRER - first response early result (test)
HPT - home pregnancy test
EWCM - egg white cervical mucus
TWW - two week wait
CD - cycle day
You do get the hang of them... some still baffle me and I don't tend to use them but it definitely helps to understand them

DTD - Doing the Deed
IC - internet cheapy (pregnancy test)

LP - Luteal Phase
