Bbt before ovulation

Hello ladies
Usually I ovulate on cd 13 or cd14 but this month I had 3 days of fertile cm starting from cd10, also had ov pains. Had temp drop at 11dpo but only got positive opk cd13
Do you think I have ovulated already?

Looks like you ovulated day 11 based on your chart xx

I would say day 12, they day before your rise. Day 13 your temp has gone up above 36.4 which indicates ovulation has already occurred (then it creeps up).

What about positive opk in cd13, can you have positive opk after ovulation?

I wouldn't worry about the possible OPK your temps are the only thing that can conform ovulation. Are you using internet OPKs or clearblue? If you are new to temping this maybe a real insight if you are actually ovulating earlier. Or could they be a reason your temps were incorrect?

I haven't ovulated this early before, ai have been charting for few months

Ok so this morning my temp dropped, does that mean I have ovulation now, 2 days after positive opk? Ladies, I am so confused

Hey there! I see in your chart that you’ve taken a few temps earlier and later, how much time were they from the baseline time? If you do that a lot, you won’t get a consistent read and it could mess with your data... I for instance sleep in on weekends and don’t set an alarm, but now that I’m taking BBT I set my alarm to my baseline time so I don’t take my temp too late

I did take them later than usually because of half term

Ladies I'm sorry to be one of these people that ask something on another persons thread but no one has responded to the one I created. 😔 ovulation crept up on me a week early! I have EWCM and ovary cramping on CD17, my app. Suggests I've ovulated the day before this on CD16.

I didn't get to use OPKs before but did one on CD17 and had an 'almost positive' maybe it was reducing. Only had sex on this day too 😔

if it was CD16 we'd have missed the boat. First time in 14 months I've had a sub 37 day cycle! What do you think ladies? x

Hi @Mycrazylife85 im no expert on temping sorry only done it one month. I used a couple of apps that put ovulation on 2 different days. Maybe try a different app and add your temps to it to see what date it gives. Id say your cramps are a likely indicator of ovulation and it does only take one time but must be really frustrating for you xx

Thank you @Trying2019. I even invested in the digital clear blue ovulation tests this month too! 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 14 months of trying and every month something comes up, we miss it, or my period comes. Thank you so much for your reply

@Mycrazylife85 I always worry about missing it maybe try DTD every 2/3 days if you can next month so you're definitely covered. It can be a long slog if you ovulate late though xx

I'm ttc after mmc, unexplained fertility and been ttc for 4 years. I'm 26 - was supposed to start IUI this month but cancelled due to COVID19 so first month tracking bbt just to see if I do actually (by some miracle) ovulate on my own! Only time I've been pregnant was during clomid but ended in mmc last September sadly.

Can anyone offer any advice on my chart? Does it look like I've ovulated?! I'm doubting whether I have but thought it worth a short trying to track bbt since I've now got to wait for IUI again... I had a positive opk CD 17/18 and fertile cm from CD14-17. Otherwise not noticed much else 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello @Naylor19 I'm the same with my threads. I've no luck with responses 🤣 I'd say charting is excellent and will be good for you to show them too. It looks like you have ovulated on cd18 but your temp doesn't fluctuate much after. You'll have had your progesterone checked (21 days bloods) to be referred. What were your levels?

@Mycrazylife85 it's frustrating isn't it! Thanks for replying haha, yeah I did think that my bbt after the 18th day isn't looking promising! Sigh - I think my levels were 7! Shockingly low, but that was over a year and a bit ago now so who knows what my body is currently doing?! Lol is there any natural ways to boost progesterone?

Hi I hoping someone can help me with my chat plz , my app is saying I've already ovalated but I still havnt got a positive ovilation test and assume I will have tomorrow. My past cycles I always get a positive/peak on day 12
