Hi all, i thought i was very close to ovulation ( based on CM and opk), and then i started having cold like symptoms. Now I don't know if the temperature shift has happened or not - the highest bbt was on the morning i woke up with a sore throat..but maybe i ovulated anyway...
Any advice from your charting experienced pls? Thanks
