3 days of positive opks HELP?

Hi, I have had 3 days of positive OPK's what does this mean/ what could it mean?

I've had so much EWCM and bbt has been low and risen this morning but the Opk's just aren't getting lighter.

Wednesday top, thursday middle, friday bottom.

I think only the very bottom one is positive, the others are high but not peak I don't think

@wannabebump the lighting isn't great in daylight they are definitely dark positives.
Also, I'm not sure how accurate they are but opk scanning apps have all said they are positive too.
