Bbt TTC help! Worried my periods are disappearing (not in a good way)

Hello! 3rd month TTC, but pretty sure I didn't ovulate last month...

My period was actually due earlier this week, according to Natural Cycles, and I've had loads of spotting, but no more than half a teaspoon total in a liner. Sigh, this is so hard! Did tests, but BFN of course!
I'm also worried about an early menopause and that maybe my periods are just drying up.

You definitely ovulated looking at the chart. So I wouldn't worry about that. As for when AF is due- usually the luteal phase is roughly the same. Mine is 15 days. So after ovulation I pretty much know when AF will come.

The chart does look like there could be an implantation dip but then its also easy to get incorrect temps and so then it's misleading. I've given up this month because mine is all over due to not sleeping. AF should turn up shortly. If not, test again. Maybe it just didn't pick it up.

Thanks! I'm not very good at reading them. Usually my cycle is really short, like 24/5 days. Who can say. It's such a mine field!

I've done a few and they are all different! Average luteal phase is 14 days. Which would put AF arriving over the weekend for you. But unless you know when you ovulate for a few months (so can see a pattern) its hard to guess. Mine is slightly longer than 14 days but some people have short ones (not ideal) too.
