Belly button piercing

Hi, me again. I’m so sorry for all my random threads, I’m just so confused.

I was expecting AF to arrive today but hasn’t made an appearance yet. Lower abdominal twinges, nausea and extremely tender nipples which are just erect constant.

For a couple of days now, I’ve noticed my belly piercing to be very red and sore (almost like it’s infected), and has had little crusty bits around the piercing.
I’ve read on a few other threads that google has taken me to, saying that it was one of the first signs of pregnancy for some women? I didn’t even know that was a thing!

I’ve had my piercing for 11 years and had absolutely no problems.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m cleaning it with warm salty water, but I really don’t want to take it out if I can help it.

I just want to add that I’ve also been experiencing looser bowels today (sorry for tmi!)
This is unusual for me as being constipated is the ‘norm’ for me as my digestive system is apparently lazy x
