Very early pregnancy symptoms

Hey,
This is our first month of TTC. Next period is due on 29th and I have a 25 day cycle approximately. 6 days before my next period will be on 23rd.
I know its too early to test even with an early pregnancy test but I'm having some weird symptoms and wondered if anyone had experienced the same..
My breasts have been tender, I've had the one cramp like period pains, and I've had discharge daily (like egg white consistency) and all of these symptoms have been since day 14 so outside of my expected ovulation/fertile window.
I don't want to over think things but it's all very unusual and it's difficult not to be too anxious about it all.

I’ve feeling the same.
I’ve had sore boobs, I had pain last week like cramping that actually woke me up, lower back a bit achy when at work, i was sick yesterday, and felt iffy today for about an hr. I actually thought AF was arriving, as my AF is all over the place after coming off the depo. Sometimes I can come on twice a month.
I’m also over thinking it, I’m telling myself I’m not pregnant because I don’t want to get my hopes up
