How long after conception do you know?

According to my app I ovulated yesterday. The day before I had sex. And today we had sex again. Just before I went to the loo a jelly like lump came on the toilet paper.

Any ideas ?

Egg white cervical mucus (EWCM) is common around ovulation so probably that. Means that your app is likely to be correct about your ovulation date. It doesn't imply pregnancy though unfortunately.

That was probably just the last of the fertile ewcm drying up and coming out. I had implantation pains either 6 or 7dpo, electric shock type stabbing pains in one side for about 5 mins, got my faint bfp 9dpo, symptoms in first few days po were sore nipples, then vivid dreams every night, spots of blood in nose each morning, headaches, everything else I experienced was the norm.
