I have officially HAD IT 😂

We've only been TTC six months now, but it feels like six years! I'm currently on my period, start of a new cycle and willing to try just about anything!

Was there something any of you tried out/changed and had success? Vitamins? Preseed? The blood of thine enemies? Let me know!

(This thread is half for fun and half "I will genuinely consider the blood of enemies option)

We were on cycle 13 so I started taking Feroglobin iron and folic acid tablets and we DTD every other day and then for four days straight after getting my OPK+.

Oh, I was taking the Wellwoman vitamins and then forgot to buy another pack when mine ran out...are the Feroglobin ones the same sort of idea?

Did you use the wee cheap OPKs or the Clearblue ones? I've tried the One Step ones and have loads at home, but never seemed to manage to catch the surge :(

Legs up on the headboard for 15mins with a pillow under your hips after DTD!

The Feroglobin have iron, folic acid and vitamin B12 in them. I don’t know about the WellWoman ones.

I used Femometer OPKs and the app that you can download. I found this to be the best for me as I was spending a fortune on other ones and I really like the app. I managed to buy a pack of 50 OPKs and 20 HPTs for £13.

@yestonodressyet I have done the pillow thing, glad it worked for you! I'll keep at it 😂

My eldest boy, who's 10, said to me on Friday night that it's his dream to have a baby brother or sister and my heart actually hurt...obviously me and their stepdad are TTC but I had no idea that's how he felt about it, just makes me even more urgently broody now! 😂 x

@BeingATwatItsABingThing Oh, I haven't heard of Femometer! I'll look it up! I'm using the Ovia app but not sure how useful it is really as my cycles vary a few days here and there and I don't think it can do much with that. Thanks! x

I used the pillow under the hips too. Sometimes two to get plenty of elevation. Grin

DD kept saying in the year we were TTC that she wanted a baby sister. It broke my heart that little bit more that I wasn’t giving her what she wanted.
