TTC while breastfeeding

Currently have a 9 month old, still breastfeeding on demand alongside solids 3 times a day for her.
Conceived her with fertility medication due to absent periods since Coming off the pill (2years of trying for her)
Wondering if my periods will come back naturally this time. Anyone with any tips or pointers for TTC while breastfeeding. I’ve done a few OPKs and they’re all positive 🙄 Maybe I’m still wafty?!

Personally, still breastfeeding didn't affect my fertility at all. pregnant with DC2, second cycle.

Can you still take the medication if you are breastfeeding?

There have been no studies done with Femara and breastfeeding, most online sources say to not take the medication to be on the safe side. Which is a shame but obviously I understand.
