Hey lovelies as I say above, does this chart look right? My temp doesn't seem to of taken a massive jump and my LH surge is much lower then last month.... but the opk and clear blue digital both had peak on same day, I've never done temping but from the charts I've seen people have a massive spike :( I'm worried I didn't ovulate

Keep going with the bbt... mine seems to take a few days to rise after ov and having read into it it's pretty normal. L

@Sammyclaire22 thanks so much, I will do, I mean it's been higher everyday then before just no big spike.. do you always get a spike x

I think you are supposed to end up with a rise of about 4C overall, but that's the average. Best thing to do is to keep taking it and then look at YOUR trends over time. This is my 4th or 5th month tracking now so I know the slow rise is normal for me (so i struggle pinpointing my ov day) and I end up levelling off at roughly 37C from a baseline of about 36.5. I also often get two separate rises and sometimes a dip to coverline. All good fun and a mind feck!
