High had positive opk on 4th so bd an on cd 21 which was 11th had bloods done an they said I definitely ovulated an my level was at 78 not sure if that's good... an today got an almost positive opk again.. anyone know why this is I'm on cd 24.. thank 😊

Have you done a pregnancy test? OPKs can be positive if pregnancy has occurred in some cases (not for everyone).
