Ovulation or not?

Hi ladies, so I had some light pain on my left lower abdomen the last two days on and off so assumed I must be ovulating one of them so we did the deed quite a lot over the last week. today was the day my app thought I would ovulate and today I'm having really bad pains in my lower abdomen. Something like period cramps but more of a pain than an ache, enough that it's actually making me feel a little sick and making me feel like I need to use the toilet. It's almost like a tugging pain. Do you think this could be me ovulating instead? I never thought ovulating ache would last 3 days, was hoping could be implantation but expect it wouldn't be this soon. So here I am in the 2WW, anyone else? Baby dust to all xxx

@myaj i dont have any helpful advice but just thought id share my similar experience last cycle... i had quite sharp momentary pain on CD10 which i assumed was ov cause i also has ewcm. The on CD/14/15/16 i had real af type cramps and lots more ewcm. I actually think now that was when i ovulated, as af was 5 days late so it sounds like that could have been it. Everything i googled said ov pain is short and sharp but i just think every one is different.

My ovulation pains lasted a good three days the month I conceived.
