We are going to start trying in my April cycle, roughly 10 weeks away. Since we decided this it's just all I can think about! Obviously I know I shouldn't get ahead of myself but it's really all consuming and I don't want to constantly talk to my other half about babies - and we aren't telling anyone we will be TTC so I have nobody else to speak to. What do I do to pass the time? Haha!
I've told myself this is my 10 weeks to get as healthy as possible, good diet, all the right vitamins, no drinking/smoking. Want my body to be the best it can be but I really can't wait Smile

Track your cycle if you’re not already, if you start doing BBT now you’ll have a baseline understanding of that too

@lsmbx I'm the same!! Except we might be putting it back a few months because I'm now a bridesmaid at 2 different weddings before November Hmm

We’re the same ... we’re not officially trying yet as we are buying a house hopefully in the spring. But since were talking about it more it’s all I can think about 🙈

100% what @BuffaloCauliflower said. I thought I'd want a mellow approach and to maybe try OPKs. But I am a plant and you can't drink all the water in the world with OPKs and get reliable results, so I'm now 3 cycles in and starting on temping... 🤦‍♀️

BuffaloCauliflower · 13/02/2020 20:11

@zinrepus I wee literally constantly, really so much more than is normal, so was worried about using OPKs, but used them last cycle and actually worked - could see the line getting darker as my temp was rising, got a positive sane day as temp spike. So don’t rule them out entirely.

(Coupled with drinking shed loads of water!)
