I’m only 8dpo and decided to randomly test this morning as I’ve been getting cramps and my boobs are incredibly sore!

This is definitely positive right? This was the £1 freedom tests I picked up from Sainsbury’s last night and I’ve read they can give false positives. But saying that I had an early miscarriage in December and these tests were first to pick anything up but these tests seems thinner so I think they’ve changed going to get an FRER this afternoon.

There is definitely a line there, but ive no idea on false positives etc. From what ive heard they are rare, so ill say congrats! But defo test with a frer if your unsure

greeny506 · 12/02/2020 11:23

I'm no expert but looks positive to me! Congratulations!

wannabemummy123 · 12/02/2020 11:34

Yeah I can for sure see something there!! And from my experience with one steps you do often get a faint line but that's quite strong even for once step!! If I was you I would get a FRER xx

caffeinefix · 12/02/2020 11:35

Absolutely a line there. Mine was the same. I confirmed with a FRER. congrats Smile

nowayhose · 12/02/2020 11:37

I can definitely see a very faint line there, congratulations :)

caffeinefix · 12/02/2020 11:48

Just seen they it's the freedom test. I was the same in it picking it up early Smile

Thank you for replies ☺️ When I got a positive on these in December I didn’t believe it then either I even made DP pee on one to check... his was negative obviously 😂 Then confirmed the next day with a FRER. I tested with these last month and not even a hint of a line but these tests look different now and are definitely thinner so that’s what’s making me doubt the result.

And if these are false positives then I’m going to be petrified I’ll have another miscarriage 😖!

@Sadie95 that looks exactly like mine so 🤞🏼 for you ☺️ Have you tired any other tests yet? I couldn’t get an FRER so the one I used was called answer from savers.

I have a clear blue early detection at home so I am thinking of taking that tomorrow. I still don't know whether it is too early, how many dpo are you now? X

wannabemummy123 · 12/02/2020 16:37

Yayyyyy told you!!

Sadie95 · 12/02/2020 19:09

Took a different type of cheapie tonight that I got from home bargains think it measures from 15mIU and i see a line 😆 hoping my clear blue early detection will confirm tomorrow 🤞🏻 don't think I would get a positive on a digital one just yet as I have one of those too x

@Sadie95 You must have such great willpower 🙈 I would never be able to have tests at home without using them. Definitely a line 🤞🏼 so I’m sure a sensitive test will show even darker. Good luck for tomorrow x
