Positive OPK but EBF & no AF?

Hi all, DD is 12 weeks old and is EBF. I've not had a period yet since giving birth, PP bleeding stopped around 4/5 weeks and nothing since. Today I took an OPK and got a immediate faint line which is since darkened - see pic. Could I be ovulating given I've no period yet, am EBF and baby is only 12 weeks old?
