Positive test at 9dpo?

Has anyone else used one step pregnancy tests? I’m 9dpo and can see a line but don’t know if they’re reliable!

I see a line! Looks promising 😊 maybe wait two or three days and try with a FRER?

I'd definitely try a FRER. I got that sort of line those tests on the same day as a very clear line on FRER. Good luck

I’ve had a few evaps on one step in the past but also bfps that started off looking like yours so it’s difficult to say. I’m 9dpo too and had this on a accu news test strip, I bet it’s an evap but I did one yesterday and day before and stark white so who knows. Not actively trying to get pregnant but would be really happy if I was. I have a few of these tests so I will probably try again later after a long hold, I’m a testing addict so could no way wait a few days!

Yeah I did wonder about Evap lines but I took that pic within 4/5 mins so hoping that wouldn’t be the case with this.
Can def see a line on yours too! I’m gonna try my best not to test tomorrow then FRER on Wednesday. Fingers crossed!!

@Hopeful1988 whenever I had evaps it was an hour or so after the stated time so yours is promising. And I notice on yours the control line is a tad darker at the top of the line and so is the test line so I reckon that’s because more dye at the top, and if it was evap it wouldn’t be changed by the dye, do you get what I mean?! I’m only on an hour hold atm, desperate to test again just to see if anything at all comes up, all others until today have been stark white so want to see if the one I did this morning was a one off or is it the start of something 🤔

Yeah good point - that does make sense! Yeah I get that! This was the first test I’ve done today - will try my best to wait but I doubt I’ll manage! I don’t have any symptoms but I’ve been pregnant before and had no symptoms too!

I have had literally no symptoms either, a few minutes of electric pricking type pain at 6dpo (possible implantation🤔) but that’s it. Let me know when you test again, I will more than likely do one later and I’ll let you know if anything to see!

Yes please do! I had sharp pains 6dpo also but didn’t last long at all and I was expecting more of a dull, pulling sensation so didn’t think anything of it! Time will tell!

This is tonight’s test....There’s definitely something there, bolder and darker than this morning with a hint of pink and appeared within 2 or 3 mins 😮

Can definitely see it better this time! Fingers crossed for you it just gets darker and darker. I’m holding off until tomorrow morning to test.

I hate one step, had so many Evaps in the past, however if you're pregnant the line will keep progressing, test again tomorrow x

I don’t think mines is any different this morning. Can still see a line but only just ...and came up within 2/3 mins. I’m not convinced it’s totally pink though. Positive thoughts! Let me know how you go this morning! Hoping it’s darker for you!

Yeah I’d get a FRER and wait till tomorrow morning - just if you’re 10dpo then it’ll prob need morning!
I think I’m gonna wait until Thursday and do a FRER if I can. Mines isn’t dark enough yet I don’t think. I’m too scared to get a negative!

So I’ve just gone and got 2 FRERs and 2 Superdrug brand just because I can’t wait so I’ll use a Superdrug later today and see what that shows up, save the FRERs for another day or so. I’ve probably just been getting dodgy lines on these cheapies and there will be nothing on proper tests, I have heard Superdrug tests meant to be good so they should give me a more accurate idea if anything is going on!

Will do! I’m going to try my best to wait until Thursday as I don’t think my HCG is strong enough to be fully detected yet - if I am pregnant that is!

Just got this this afternoon! Definitely time for a FRER - crossing all my fingers!!
