Testing before AF

So I took a pregnancy test yesterday it was negative.
AF due tomorrow, has anyone tested after their AF is due and then had a BFP?

I tested on Sunday (AF due following Tuesday) and got bfn. However, I tested yesterday and got a bfp so don't lose hope just yet. It will also depend on the sensitivity of the test you used. However, I'm very aware that even after a positive hpt it's still very early days so trying to contain my excitement a bit (easier said than done though!) x
