Short bleed after coil removed

I had a copper coil removed at the beginning of January as we are TTC. the first period after this was about 3 days and very heavy. I have just had my second period, albeit 2 days early according to my tracker and it lasted no more than 24 hours and was medium flow. I am very confused. Anyone else had a lot lighter shorter bleeds after the IUD removed? Read something about implantation bleed but not sure if what i had was too heavy for this?

So my cycles have lightened up since having my copper coil removed, but by that I mean I've gone from approx 4 days heavy bleeding plus 4-5 days spotting after the fact to 5 days bleeding including spotting.

Which can make it tricky to sort the difference. From what I understand, implantation more or less doesn't require any "gear" (not enough blood for a tampon, pad, menstrual cup to be required). But on the flip side, some people do have a light bleed that is more than implantation but doesn't fully match a period and it turns out they're pregnant later.

Most of the time it's a matter of waiting and finding out, sadly.
