Hi i am on cycle day 19, same as you( today) i ovulated early this month on cd 12 im lucky in that i always get strong iv pains followed by breast tenderness exactly 2 days later - ive been the same since i was a teen so i know when its time!
Good job too as it was about 4/5 days early than usual this month

Yeah, I'm the same I've had two surges this monrh though, but I'm trying not too over think it and just go with the flo but it's difficult, I hate the wait!!!
